Our Board of Directors provides strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the long-term success of Hasey Group. The Board is composed of highly qualified individuals with diverse backgrounds, expertise, and perspectives.
The Board operates through several committees, including the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, Nomination and Governance Committee, and Sustainability Committee, each with specific responsibilities and oversight functions.

ESG Governance Structure
Board Oversight
The Sustainability Committee of the Board oversees our ESG strategy, reviews performance against targets, and ensures alignment with business objectives. The Committee meets quarterly and reports regularly to the full Board.
Executive Leadership
The Executive Sustainability Council, led by our Chief Sustainability Officer, is responsible for implementing our ESG strategy, driving progress toward our goals, and integrating sustainability into business operations.
Performance Management
ESG metrics are integrated into our performance management system, with executive compensation linked to sustainability performance. We regularly track and report on our progress against key ESG indicators.
